Produced using recipes that have been passed down through the family and from milk from the family herd of Pedigree British Fresians, grazing the traditional pastures of the Dauntsey Vale, North Wilts.

Crudges Cheese: Burford

Roger Crudge makes cheese and maintains an extensive cheese room following French traditions. He creates a range of cheeses based on recipes from the Alps in France. He has Goat Cheese, Ewes milk cheese,and many other cheeses made to French recipes using, the best raw milk from goat, sheep and Jersey Cows grazed in the Cotswolds.

The Old Cheese Room 

Based at Neston Park near Corsham, Julianna Sedli makes a Reblochon-style cheese from the milk of Jersey Cows.

Simon Weaver Cotswold Organic

Simon Weaver milks a pedigree freisian herd on his organic farm near Bourton-on-the Water. He has created a large cheese room devoted to a range of organic Cotswold Bries.
